Recipe - Nutty Rice Bubble Cookies

Absolutely delicious and super simple, one bowl wonder will have all the kids loving being able to help you out.

Loaded full of rice bubbles snap, crackle and pop with the ooie gooey marshmallow

Ingredients

1 packet White Chocolate Bits

1/4 cup Peanut Butter

1 cup Marshmallows mini

1 cup Rice Bubbles (GF)

1 cup Salted Peanuts

Directions

1- Melt chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes

2- In a bowl add in remaining ingredients

3- Add melted chocolate and mix well

4- Scoop spoonful into patty papers or on baking paper

5- Set in fridge
