Ingredients 1 tablespoon Oil 2 cups Rice 250 grams Bacon diced 4 Eggs beaten 1 tablespoon Garlic minced 1/2 tablespoon Ginger minced 2 cups Frozen Peas, Corn & Carrots 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Parsley diced Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds Salt & Pepper to taste | Directions Cook rice as per instructions, leave to cool. Heat fry pan or wok up add 1/2 the oil Add beaten eggs and swirl over base, once partly cooked use spatula to score horizontally and vertically to make squares Gently stir until eggs cooked and transfer into separate bowl Heat pan up again add oil, bacon, garlic, ginger cook for 4 mins Add frozen vegetables and mix well until cooked Add rice, eggs, seasame seeds, soy sauce and parsley stir well Serve and freeze some for later |
