This coffee slice is a super easy recipe and the end product is divine.
This condensed milk and coffee slice is great for afternoon teas with friends or a great pick me up during the day.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 30-45 minutes
Ready in: 60 mins
Makes: 42 serves

Ingredients
BASE 250 grams Chocolate Biscuits
125 grams Butter melted
TOPPING
1 tins Condensed Milk
1 x 180 grams Chocolate Bits
2 tsp Coffee granules
2 tbsp Water boiling
Cocoa for dusting
Directions
Preheat oven 180°
Line a tray with baking paper.
Place biscuits in food processor and blend until smooth.
Add butter and blend to combine.
Press into baking tray and chill.
Put condensed milk, chocolate in pan over low heat.
Combine coffee and boiling water, pour into sauce pan and stir until smooth.
Pour over biscuit base bake 15 mins until to later top layer set.
Dust with chocolate and chill.
