1 tin Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
100 grams Butter
1 packet Chocolate Cake mix
125 grams Dark Chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°
Line a tray with baking paper
In a pot add condensed milk, golden syrup and 60 grams of butter, stir over gentle heat 5-6 mins until thick caramel forms.
Make chocolate cake as per instructions.
Pour cake into tray, dollop spoonfuls of caramel on top of cake mix.
Use skewer/knife to swirl caramel through, being careful not to over stir
Bake 20-25 mins
Place chocolate in bowl and melt in microwave for 1 min
Pour Chocolate over slice and cook to cut
