Intergrative Counselling

The Me and My Mum Hub wishes to ensure our MMM Hub community has access to counselling support, whether it be a one-off occasion or more regular sessions for our local parents/caregivers of children 0 to 8 years old. Sessions are confidential and available via ZOOM video conferencing, telephone and/or messenger chat. 

Our qualified counsellor, Rani Konietzko holds a Bachelor of Counselling from ACAP, has completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Grief and Loss Training, Child Centred Play Therapy and many other relative training courses.

Rani’s counselling approach is person-centred, strengths based, informed by scientific based interventions with a focus on the connection between our brain and body physiology. Essentially, she works to help you better understand our feelings, emotions and behaviours. Rani can also work with parents to help their children through a research-based child centred play therapy approach.
